Job Title: Frontend Architecture LeaderJob DescriptionWe are seeking a seasoned Frontend Architecture Leader to spearhead the development of our Web Fabric initiative.The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the frontend architecture, leading a team of engineers and managers to deliver high-quality applications, and ensuring low-latency UX across all products.Key Responsibilities:Create and evolve our frontend architecture and component strategy.Manage 10+ frontend engineers and managers to deliver React / Next.js applications.Develop architecture documents, design specs, and implementation plans for executive review.Align architecture and delivery roadmaps with Data, ML, and API teams.Establish frontend engineering best practices for CI/CD, testing, observability, and release automation.Define and track KPIs for velocity, UX performance, and developer productivity.RequirementsTo succeed in this role, you should have:Significant experience in frontend engineering and leadership.Deep knowledge of React and Next.js.Proven ability to lead large teams and drive results.Excellent communication and project management skills.Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools.BenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work on a cutting-edge project and make a significant impact on our company's success.
