Job Title: Senior Interior Designer cum Project ManagerJob Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Interior Designer Cum Project Manager to lead and coordinate interior design projects. This role involves managing the conceptualization, development, and delivery of innovative design solutions. This role also involves project execution onsite by managing resources, timelines, and budgets to ensure client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the interior design process, excellentorganizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.Job Responsibilities:Lead the conceptualization of interior design projects, ensuring creative and innovative solutionsDevelop detailed design plans, including layouts, mood boards, material selection, and colour schemesReview and refine designs to align with client requirements and feedbackCreate accurate drawings, 3D models, and detailed specifications using design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, etc.)Stay updated on the latest design trends, materials, and technologiesProject execution along with management of Contractors, Suppliers and DesignersSite inspections and measurements with the Client/Design teamSupport presales activities such as meetings with potential clients, initial site visits, preparation of BOQs/QuotationsClient coordination - work as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycleMaterial Quality control, Material Inventory management and optimizationProcurement Management - Cost optimization, Verification ofSupplier/Contractors bills/invoicesProject Scope includes all kinds of works such as Civil, Carpentry ,Electrical, POP, Modular, Painting, Finishing works, etc.Project Plan preparation, tracking, progress reporting (daily, weekly, monthly) to management and client as per requirementManagement of Planned V/S Actual tracking and reporting of Project Scope, Cost, resources and TimelinesCollaboration with other relevant teams (internal/external) and resolve conflicts or challenges eaicientlyEnsure excellent finishing and successful Site handover to the clientEnsure all design and execution meet company and clientexpectationsRisk Management with mitigationsMaintain contingency plans to address unforeseen challengesAfter sales service to the client as per the termsVendor and Contractor negotiationProvide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and internsTeam WorkTeam ManagementSelf-developmentQualifications/Skills:Bachelors degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Project Management, or related fieldOverall experience - Minimum 10 years out of which relevant experience of 5+ years in interior design and project management in the interior design industryProject Management Certification like Prince2 or PMP preferredProficiency in project management tools and softwareProficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar tools)Strong knowledge of materials, finishes, furniture, and accessoriesStrong understanding of interior design processes, materials, and construction methodsExcellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple projects and deadlines eaectivelyRole & responsibilitiesPreferred candidate:Candidate location: within 10 KM radius from Manpada ThaneTravel: Site travels will be required as and when required.
