The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of extensive hands-on experience across multiple IAM tools and platforms.Manage a team of 50+ IAM professionals, overseeing the implementation of IAM strategies aligned with organizational security policies and business objectives.Develop and implement IAM solutions that provide hands-on leadership and mentorship in design, implementation, and support.Architect and deploy solutions using multiple IAM tools, collaborating with business and IT stakeholders to ensure compliance, governance, and risk management.Drive continuous improvement initiatives in IAM processes, automation, and tooling to enhance security posture and operational efficiency.Plan, budget, and evaluate performance within the IAM practice, staying current with emerging IAM technologies, trends, and best practices.Key Responsibilities:IDM SpecialistJob Type: Full-timeLocation: Remote or on-site in the India regionRequirements:We are looking for a highly skilled professional with excellent communication skills, who can effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
