Intelligent Systems Developer

Job DescriptionAs a Backend and AI/ML Engineer, you will be responsible for owning our core intelligence layer. You will design, implement, and optimize RAG pipelines, manage embedding generation using HuggingFace Transformers and Sentence Transformers, integrate and optimize llm calls for chat completions and embeddings, build and maintain LangChain chains and agents for complex workflows, design and implement workflows for visual AI pipeline creation, optimize vector search and retrieval using vector database, implement semantic search, similarity matching, and relevance ranking, experiment with and evaluate different embedding models and chunking strategies, and build natural language query understanding for analytics.You will work directly with LangChain, OpenAI APIs, vector databases (Milvus), and build the systems that power natural language understanding and generation across our platform.Required Skills and QualificationsEducation & Experience: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field and 3-5 years of professional Python development experience.Hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG systems, or NLP.Experience deploying AI/ML models in production environments.Technical SkillsCategoryRequired TechnologiesProgrammingPython 3.9+, async programmingLangChain, APIs, HuggingFace TransformersVector DatabasesMilvus, Pinecone, Weaviate, or similarEmbeddingsSentence Transformers, EmbeddingsBackendFlask or FastAPI, RESTful API designDatabasesMongoDB, understanding of vector searchML ConceptsRAG, semantic search, text chunking, embeddingsDevOpsDocker, basic CI/CD understandingSoft SkillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.Ability to translate complex AI concepts into practical solutions.Excellent documentation and technical writing skills.Collaborative mindset with ability to explain AI concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
