Backend DeveloperWe are currently seeking a skilled and motivated professional to join our growing team. This is a fully remote position, offering the opportunity to work with a dynamic group of experts on exciting and impactful projects.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend development and be proficient in industry-leading technologies such as Python, Ruby on Rails, Redis, Postgres, and Cassandra. The role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and improving software (backend and databases in particular). Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for DevOps tasks from server setup to maintenance and recovery.Key responsibilities include:Rapidly develop next-generation scalable, flexible, and high-performance systems.Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve software (backend and databases in particular)Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.DevOps tasksContribute to growth through interviewing, on-boarding, or other recruitment effortsRequirements:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or equivalent practical experience+5 years of experienceStrong knowledge in SQL and noSQL databases such as Redis, Postgres, or CassandraFluency in Python and Ruby on RailsKnowledge in Web servers and Web application servers (e.g., Apache, Jetty, Tomcat, IIS)Knowledge in code repository like GitAbility to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and tight timelinesDatabase design skillsPerfect quality codeExcellent organizational skills and proven analytical, planning, problem-solving skillsFull stack with background in ReactJS is a plus.Years of Experience5 to 9 years of experienceLanguages:EnglishAbout the JobThis job is an amazing challenge with great development possibilities.
