Dental Provider Enrollment Specialist

Job Title: Senior AssociateKey Responsibilities:We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee the enrollment process for dental providers with Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payers. This role involves managing the entire enrollment lifecycle, ensuring timely approvals, and maintaining compliance with payer requirements.Manage the complete enrollment process, including collecting and validating provider documents, preparing enrollment packages, submitting applications through payer portals or delegated systems, and following up to ensure timely approvals.Verify credentials from official sources, coordinate with providers for digital document signing, and update enrollment status in client systems.E nsure compliance with payer requirements, support onboarding of new providers, and contribute to accurate reporting and operational efficiency.Work Schedule: 5 Days working, 2 days off, Rotational Shift and Rotational Off Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, and commercial payer systems.Excellent communication and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Familiarity with digital document signing platforms.What We Offer:A competitive compensation package, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth and development.
