This role requires 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams Strong experience in Software Engineering Proven track record as a technology leader and of leading and scaling strong technical teams. Experience in handling client’s incidents, diving deep and understanding the technical implications and risks of a decision Familiarity with data processing at scale, in cloud environments. Working on Large scale distributed systems and data processing and APIs Hands on with Java or other programming languages  Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. History of getting things done in a distributed, large-scale, and fast-growing environment Bonus points if you have Experience with Observability tools
