Role Overview: We are looking for a Finance & Accounts Executive to handle day-to-day accounting, inventory management, tax compliance, and financial reporting . This is a hands-on role that involves actively managing financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting and taxation norms. Key Responsibilities: Accounting & Financial Transactions: Perform day-to-day accounting tasks, including entries for purchases, sales, expenses, and payments. Process accounts payable and receivable , ensure timely payments and collections. Conduct bank reconciliations, petty cash management , and maintain general ledger records. Assist in monthly and year-end closing activities . Inventory & Cost Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and reconcile stock data with financial records. Assist in cost accounting and track material usage and wastage. Taxation & Compliance: Prepare and file GST, TDS, and other tax returns . Assist in statutory compliance and liaise with auditors and tax consultants. Ensure adherence to accounting standards and regulatory requirements . Financial Reporting & Support: Assist in preparing MIS reports, cash flow statements, and financial summaries . Help in budgeting and cost control activities. Support the finance team with audit documentation and queries . Qualifications & Skills Required: CA (Fresher) or Semi-Qualified CA / B.Com / M.Com with 1-3 years of experience in accounting and finance. Strong understanding of accounting principles, GST, TDS, and tax compliance . Hands-on experience with Tally, Zoho Books, or other accounting software . Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) .
