About the Role We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to support a doctor/medical practice with basic marketing and administrative tasks. This role is ideal for someone interested in healthcare communication, patient engagement, and professional brand presence. No technical marketing experience is required—just willingness to learn and assist. Key Responsibilities Assist the doctor with day-to-day marketing and administrative tasks. Help prepare simple marketing materials (brochures, posters, patient handouts). Support social media posting and content organization (no strategy required). Maintain and update patient information materials and clinic notice boards. Coordinate appointment reminders, follow-ups, and patient communication templates. Assist in organizing small events such as awareness sessions or health talks. Help keep photos, files, and clinic information organized and accessible. Perform basic research on healthcare topics and patient education materials. Provide general support to the doctor for marketing-related activities. Qualifications & Skills Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Good written and verbal communication. Professional, respectful, and comfortable working in a healthcare setting. Familiar with MS Office or Google Workspace; basic Canva skills are a plus. Discreet and able to maintain confidentiality. What You Will Learn How marketing works within a medical practice. Basics of patient communication and healthcare branding.
