Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Archer Developer with up to 9 years of relevant experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in designing, developing, and maintaining applications, questionnaires, dashboards, and custom objects on the Archer platform. They should have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into Archer technical solutions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Development and Customization:
  • Develop applications, fields, layouts, data-driven events, and workflows using advanced workflow techniques.
  • Build and optimize custom objects using JavaScript or other programming languages supported by Archer.
  • Customize and enhance the default Archer user interface for improved user experience.
  • Integration and Data Management:
  • Integrate Archer with other systems using data publication, data import, and data feed methods.
  • Manage translations and configure notifications.
  • Create and manage searches, reports, and dashboards.
  • User and Role Management:
  • Manage users, roles, and groups within Archer.
  • Support teams with user documentation and training sessions.
  • Testing and Deployment:
  • Develop test cases and facilitate unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
  • Document test results and ensure application quality.
  • Build and install Archer packages across different instances.
  • Optimization and Maintenance:
  • Optimize, fine-tune, and enhance existing applications while ensuring no impact on other functionalities or applications.
  • Provide ongoing support for application improvements and troubleshooting.
  • Collaboration and Agile Practices:
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Work in highly regulated environments, adhering to Agile values and principles.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Up to 9 years of experience in Archer platform development.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript or other programming languages compatible with Archer.
  • Strong experience in Archer field and workflow development, data-driven events, and advanced workflows.
  • Knowledge of integration methods (data publication, data import, and data feeds).
  • Expertise in creating searches, reports, dashboards, and managing user roles and groups.
  • Experience in configuring notifications and handling translations.
  • Strong understanding of Agile values and principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in highly regulated environments.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
