Artville Interiors & Infra is looking for a passionate Business Development Manager (BDM) who is excited to create awesomeness with creativity and innovation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

* Identify and pursue some newer business opportunities for interior design.

* Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects, and other real estate professionals.

* Generate leads, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve sales targets.

* Do market surveys, thereby knowing the industrial trends and client requirements.

* Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

* Collaborate with design and project teams to ensure satisfaction and delivery of projects from the client's end.

* Monitor and report on business performance and market developments.

Qualifications:

* MBA or relevant degree in business, marketing, or related field.

* Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in interior design or construction.

* Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

* To be able to work with minimal supervision and reach targets.
