The successful candidate will be responsible for leading multiple concurrent projects, establishing project management plans, coordinating meetings with client stakeholders, and ensuring seamless execution of project milestones.Lead RPA projects from initiation to deployment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery.Develop and implement project management strategies to maximize efficiency and productivity, identifying and mitigating risks that may impact project timelines or outcomes.Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to understand business requirements, document process definitions, and develop solution designs that meet their needs.Oversee resource planning activities, including assignment, onboarding, equipment provisioning, and user access to target applications, ensuring effective allocation of resources to achieve project goals.Coordinate the development, review, and submission of RPA milestone deliverables, such as proof-of-concept documents, detailed design documents, operational data interfaces, and business process analysis reports.Provide regular status updates, including risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies, defects, and change requests logs, to clients and program managers to ensure transparency and open communication.Identify, catalogue, and archive reusable code assets and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions between internal teams to promote collaboration and best practices.
