Company Background - We are a multinational software company that is growing at a fast pace. We have offices in Florida & New Delhi. Our clientele spreads across the US, Australia & APAC. To give you a sense of our growth rate, we've added 70+ employees in the last 6 weeks itself and expect another 125+ by the end of Q4 2024.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Development: Architect, develop, and maintain scalable web applications and APIs using Python, Golang, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks like Angular and React.
  • Testing and Automation: Leverage Playwright to build robust automated test suites to ensure code quality and reliability.
  • Cloud Integration: Design and implement cloud-based solutions on Azure and AWS, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
  • Code Quality and Best Practices: Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry standards and best practices. Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality development standards.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers, Designers, and DevOps Engineers, to deliver seamless and innovative solutions.
  • Problem Solving: Diagnose and resolve performance bottlenecks, application issues, and other technical challenges.
  • Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices to continuously improve development processes.

Required Skills:

  • Programming Languages: Expertise in Python, Golang, and Node.js.
  • Front-End Development: Strong proficiency in Angular and React.
  • Testing Frameworks: Hands-on experience with Playwright for automation testing.
  • Cloud Platforms: Proficiency in Azure and AWS, including deployment, monitoring, and scaling.
  • Database Management: Experience with relational and non-relational databases.
  • Version Control: Pazureroficient in Git and collaborative development workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 10 years in software development, with a strong background in full-stack development.
  • Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and team collaboration abilities.
  • Certifications (Preferred): Certifications in Azure, AWS, or relevant technologies.
