About the job-

We are looking for a collaborative individual with a get-things-done mindset who can take our client experience to new heights. As a Program Associate  your role would be to plan and outline details of various projects / partnerships, coordinate with people internally and externally, to ensure that the projects are delivered on time with desired results & outcomes. The ideal candidate is collaborative, process & data-driven, good at stakeholder management, and passionate about customer success. He/ She should be proficient in building out new processes and procedures that make our business run smoother, quicker, and smarter while thriving in a complex environment. 

Responsibilities: 

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination throughout project lifecycles 
• Assist in problem-solving efforts, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during program execution
• Talking to client’s multiple dept heads/team members, collaborating with internal teams and various stakeholders to run operations. 
• Assist in the preparation of program / project documentation, including reports, presentations, and project plans 
• Take ownership of assigned tasks and projects, maintaining a high level of professionalism and accountability throughout.
• Lead and evaluate project, analyse timeline and resource risk and control timelines 

Requirement-

• B.tech in electronics would be preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a program management role is required in a relatable industry.
• Good knowledge of G-suite and documentation. 
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent problem solving skills
• Outstanding organizational skills
• Understanding of Project/Program management techniques
