Position title:Senior Analyst - FPA Experience:4+ Year Budget :10 LPA  Location: Bangalore Notice period :15 days - Immediate joiner Skill set :f financial modeling, budgeting, performance analysis ,Power Point ,BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker); SQL Responsibilities: Lead annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts, and long -range planning, in collaboration with business teams.Deliver periodic MIS reports and performance dashboards for leadership, tracking revenue, margins, OPEX,and cash position.Conduct variance analysis (budget vs actuals) with clear explanations of business drivers and emergingtrends.Design and own financial models for scenario planning, unit economics, pricing, and strategic initiatives.Partner cross -functionally to align business drivers with financial implications and planning outcomes.Build and maintain real -time, dynamic dashboards and automated reporting systems to streamline recurringinsights.Identify opportunities to automate manual workflows, particularly around reporting, data collection, andreconciliation.Synthesize large datasets and turn insights into recommendations for improving profitability and resourceallocation.Support investor reporting, board presentations, and other ad -hoc strategic requests from management.Leverage technology and AI tools to enhance reporting processes, build smarter visualizations, and uncoverdeeper financial and operational insights Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in FP&A, Corporate Finance, Consulting, or Investment Banking• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related; MBA/CFA is a plusStrong grasp of financial modelling, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysisAdvanced Excel & PowerPoint skills; experience with automation using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI,Looker); SQL or Python a plusStrong experience with automation using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker); SQL or Python a plusDemonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlinesExcellent communication and storytelling skills to explain financial concepts to non -finance stakeholders.Certification in data analytics or business intelligence (e.g., Microsoft Certified, Tableau Certification) is aplus.
