Job Title:Oracle Fusion HCM Consultant RoleConsultant Position SummaryA seasoned consultant with expertise in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management (HCM) is required to lead the implementation and optimization of HCM modules for a client. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk.Required Skills and QualificationsA minimum of 4 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Technical/Functional/Techno-Functional Consultant with a strong background in HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Payroll, Talent Management, Time & Labor, Health & Safety, and HR Help Desk.Hands-on experience working on Fusion and EBS with a focus on Fusion is necessary.Expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud tools such as HCM Extracts, HDL, HSDL, BI Publisher, OTBI, Application Security, Workflows, Fast Formula, Page Customizations, and Extensions is required.Experience in writing/debugging Oracle HCM Absence, Compensation, Payroll HCM Extracts Fast Formula is a must.Strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud with excellent communication and interpersonal skills is essential.Possessing time flexibility within immediate to 15 days for this role is desirable.BenefitsThis position offers a challenging opportunity for professional growth and development in a dynamic environment.
