You will be responsible for defining the art vision, style guides, and visual identity for games.Main Responsibilities:Create concept art, mood boards, key frames, style frames, and reference guides to communicate direction.Contribute to 2D art creation through hands-on tasks and provide art direction.Lead, mentor, and manage artists, including hiring, performance reviews, training.Oversee art production pipelines, scheduling, and task distribution for timely delivery.Collaborate with game designers, engineers, and product managers to align art with mechanics, UX, monetization, and performance budgets.Review and approve art assets to maintain quality, consistency, and technical feasibility.Optimize art assets for mobile performance (poly count, draw calls, texture resolution, LODs).Nice to Have Skills:Excellent communication skills in English.Positive influence and leadership skills.Motivates and inspires others to generate new ideas.Good organization skills, anticipating, prioritizing, and planning work.Strong coaching skills.
