Key Responsibilities:Design, implement, monitor and evaluate projects to deliver strategic outcomes.Monitor program progress, re-strategize activities based on analysis and prepare reports for key stakeholders.Ensure project monitoring, review activities and escalate emerging risks to ensure compliance.Build a strong team culture to drive organizational mandate delivery.Conduct site visits or remote checks to monitor project progress and submit regular updates.Required Profile:Hold a graduate or postgraduate degree in any discipline.Have minimum 3-5 years of experience in skill development, preferably in donor-funded skilling initiatives.Possess excellent communication skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.Deliverables:Regular project reports to track progress.Quarterly evaluation reports to assess impact.Annual programme reviews to identify areas for improvement.
