Kafka Platform Admin We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Kafka Platform Engineer to join our team. As a Kafka Platform Engineer, you will be responsible for operating and managing our Kafka cluster, ensuring its scalability, reliability, and security. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and optimize Kafka solutions that meet the needs of our business. This is a key role in modernizing our application infrastructure and adopting industry best practices.


Primary Skills:


Strong expertise in operating and administering Kafka clusters.

Experience in performance tuning and troubleshooting of middleware technologies, applying them to infrastructure.

Proficiency in shell scripting and/or Python/Python, with specific experience in administering Kafka.

Experience with Java application servers on cloud platforms is a significant advantage.

Provide operational support for the Kafka cluster, ensuring high availability and stability 24/7 (on-call support).

Utilize infrastructure as code (IaC) principles to provision and manage Kafka infrastructure.
