About the Role We’re looking for a Marketing Analytics Associate who can turn data into stories and insights that fuel smarter campaigns. If you love diving into dashboards, Creating Dashboards, spotting patterns, and telling teams “what actually worked,” this role is for you. Key Responsibilities Set up, maintain and improve tracking systems across all channels: digital ads, marketplaces, website, and retail stores. Ensure clean data capture (tagging, pixel, offline-to-online integration). Develop regular dashboards (weekly, monthly) for campaign performance, LTV, retention, customer cohorts, and blended channel ROI. Perform deep-funnel diagnostics: find where customers drop off between awareness → consideration → conversion → repeat, and suggest optimisations. Conduct A/B tests on creatives, landing pages, ad formats, messaging to improve conversion or customer retention. Forecasting & trend analysis: demand forecasting, seasonal trends, channel-wise growth potential. Strong ability to interpret data, perform statistical analysis, and use data analysis and visualization tools.  Competitive & benchmark analysis: what are peers doing in performance, creatives, channels, pricing etc., and feed that into media strategy. Support performance marketing with attribution modelling: unify data from offline + online + marketplace, measure incrementality, refine spend decisions. Liaise with retail operations: For store launches, collect footfall / sales data, and help tie digital campaigns to offline outcomes. Deliver stakeholder-ready insight reports: explain what’s working, what’s not, what to double down on, plus risk areas. Requirements 3 years of experience in marketing analytics / data role, ideally for a D2C or e-commerce / retail brand/Agency. Strong skills in tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Excel; experience in SQL / BI tools (Tableau / Power BI or equivalent) is a strong plus. Deep understanding of marketing metrics: CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention, repeat purchase, blended attribution, customer cohorts. Hands-on experience in A/B testing frameworks, funnel optimization. Ability to work cross-functionally: with performance marketing, retail, operations, creative teams. Good communication skills: able to tell a story with data, present to non-data teams / leadership. Curious mindset, strong attention to detail, ability to identify anomalies & root causes.
