Job Title: Senior Financial ManagerThe role of Senior Financial Manager is to oversee and direct the financial accounting functions within an organization.Responsibilities:Oversee day-to-day accounting activities, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.Prepare and analyze monthly and quarterly financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.Coordinate and facilitate the construction draw process, ensuring timely and accurate disbursement of funds for construction activities.Manage the yearly audit and tax compliance process, ensuring all information is complete, accurate and available for tax preparers and auditors.Establish and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets.Ensure control over actual expenses vs Budget and participate in cash management position and forecasting.Provide management with information vital to the decision-making process.Oversee the use of Yardi, the Company's Property and Accounting software.Should have knowledge of preparing project profitability report and percentage of completion method of accounting.Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
