Armanino India LLP is a fully owned subsidiary of Armanino (USA).ResponsibilitiesConduct regular reviews of engagements for compliance with BOS policies, internal processes, and quality control standards to detect deficiencies.Evaluate documentation for completeness, accuracy, and consistency.Maintain comprehensive records of the quality control system, including policies, procedures, and monitoring results.Identify and communicate quality issues or deficiencies to engagement teams and leadership.Assist in the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with professional standards.Monitor and report on quality trends and recommend improvements.Collaborate with engagement teams to resolve complex accounting issues.Identify quality risks that could impact the firm's ability to deliver high-quality services.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards.RequirementsBachelor's degree in accounting or related field.5-7 years of experience in public accounting, with a focus in accounting, audit, or assurance.Familiarity with GAAP, PCAOB, and AICPA standards.Experience with internal or external quality reviews is a plus.Excellent analytical, communication, and organizational skills.High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to provide feedback.Commitment to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement Compensation and Benefits Compensation: Commensurate with Industry standardsOther Benefits: Provident Fund, Gratuity, Medical Insurance, Group Personal Accident Insurance etc. employment benefits depending on the position.
