Labeling Data Remediation ExpertA highly skilled professional is required to review, validate, and correct product labeling data across systems.Key Responsibilities:Review, validate, and correct product labeling data across systems.Identify Gaps and Inconsistencies: Find gaps, inconsistencies, or missing data in existing labeling records.Remediate Labeling Fields: Ensure labeling fields match regulatory standards and local market requirements.Maintain Alignment: Align Regulatory submissions (e.g., eCTD, SPL), artwork, and product information.Support System Upgrades: Collaborate with teams to ensure smooth labeling data migration during system upgrades (e.g., Veeva Vault RIM, PLM, SAP).Confirm Accuracy: Work with Regulatory, Quality, and Artwork teams to confirm accuracy of remediated labeling data.Document Activities: Maintain audit-ready documentation for all remediation activities.Requirements and Skills:Familiarity with Labeling Components: Strong understanding of labeling components (SmPC, PIL, IFU, CCDS, artworks, pack labels).Regulatory Experience: Experience in regulatory labeling or labeling operations.RIM/PLM Systems: Familiarity with RIM/PLM systems (Veeva Vault RIM, Agile, SAP PLM, etc.).Detailed Documentation: Ability to work with large datasets and detailed documentation.Compliance Mindset: Strong attention to detail and compliance mindset.About this Role:This role requires a highly skilled professional to review, validate, and correct product labeling data across systems.
