  • Work independently and with a team of 3-4 developers
  • Work in multiple instances and domains, supporting internal and external customers
  • Understands and Utilizes an AgileScrum methodology to manage development work. Certification in Scrum Methodology as a Scrum Master preferable
  • Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
  • Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications
  • Experience working with ServiceNow Integration Hub
  • Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow
  • Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements
  • Create new applications, modules, and tables
  • Activate a plugin
  • Create and track Service Catalog requests, and items with variables
  • Create, monitor, modify, and publish Service Catalog workflows with approvals
  • Follow the notification process back to the Business Rule
  • Import data into the instance
  • Create and use update sets to facilitate moving customizations between instances
  • Search, populate, and customize the Knowledge Base
  • Create an Access Control Rule ACLCreate global controls for attachments and cookies
  • Custom scripting
  • Build third party software integrations
  • Certifications in the Development and Implementation Areas of ServiceNow are preferable
