As a Technical Consultant, you will work closely with customers to implement and customize the Moveworks platform, delivering AI-powered solutions that transform employee experiences.Key Responsibilities:Leverage your technical expertise to learn the ins-and-outs of the Moveworks platform through on-the-job trainingWork on new Moveworks implementations for customers (greenfield projects)Build AI agents on the Moveworks platform (brownfield projects)Contribute to software development to enhance our product portfolioCollaborate with international colleagues and customersQualifications and Skills:Graduate to 3 years of experience in software developmentBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related fieldExcellent back-end software development experience in at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++, Golang)Experience with APIs and integrations, including API technologies (REST, SOAP) and authentication mechanisms (e.g. OAuth2, JWT)Understanding of JSON & XMLExperience using API tools like Postman or InsomniaExcellent written and communication skillsGood technical documentation skillsAnalytical thinker and problem solverGeneral understanding of AI technologies and terminologiesBonus Points:Prior experience working in a consulting or professional services companyDevelopment experience on at least one cloud platform – AWS, Azure, Google Cloud (GCP)Experience building integrations with enterprise platforms like Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP suite, Coupa, Ariba, Oracle etc.Open-source software contributions or personal/hobby software projectsAbout Us:We are a leading provider of enterprise-grade AI solutions, committed to driving measurable business outcomes through precision, reliability, and innovation.
