Oracle Functional Consultant Job DescriptionHiring an Oracle Functional Consultant involves designing solutions and implementing Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Key responsibilities include defining end-to-end architecture, ensuring integration with enterprise resource planning systems, and designing scalable solutions for Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules.The consultant will lead full lifecycle implementations including requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and go-live. They will develop technical components such as HCM Extracts, Business Intelligence Publisher Reports, Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence, HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas, and oversee data migration strategies to ensure security compliance.Stakeholder management is crucial, requiring collaboration with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals.
