The Lenskart app and web experience are the primary drivers of new user growth and retention globally — bridging discovery, personalization, and in-store experiences.Role DescriptionWe’re looking for a Lead of Product Design, to lead design vision, strategy, and execution for Lenskart’s global digital ecosystem.This role is for a design leader who can think at system scale and pixel depth — driving experience innovation across our app, website, and connected retail experiences. You’ll lead a multi-disciplinary design team that builds AI-powered, human-centered experiences — combining insight, craft, and data to create seamless journeys across every touchpoint.You’ll partner closely with Product, Tech, Growth, and Business teams to make design a strategic advantage for the company.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and own the end-to-end product design strategy for Lenskart’s online and omnichannel platforms.Define the design vision and roadmap for how customers discover, try, and buy eyewear across devices and markets.Build and evolve a unified design language system and brand expression that works consistently across digital and retail channels.Champion AI-driven personalization and experimentation, ensuring design decisions are grounded in user insights and behavioral data.Guide UX research, interaction design, and visual design to deliver measurable business and user outcomes.Partner with engineering and product to ensure design quality, accessibility, and performance in every release.Mentor and grow a world-class team of product designers, UX researchers, and content designers.Foster a culture of craft, curiosity, and speed, balancing creativity with executional excellence.Represent the voice of design at leadership level — influencing roadmap, priorities, and global brand experience.Qualifications7+ years of experience in product design, including 3+ years in design leadership roles within consumer tech, retail, or e-commerce.Proven track record of scaling mobile-first, global consumer experiences that drive growth and engagement.Strong background in user-centered design, interaction systems, and design thinking at scale.Experience collaborating deeply with product, engineering, and data teams.Familiarity with AI-driven experiences, personalization, and analytics-led design iteration.Excellent storytelling and stakeholder communication skills.Portfolio demonstrating system-level thinking and measurable impact on user and business metrics.Degree in Design, HCI, or related field.Why LenskartLead design for one of Asia’s most loved consumer brands, now expanding globally.Build AI-first, data-informed design systems at the intersection of digital and retail.Collaborate with cross-functional global teams across tech, product, and marketing.Shape experiences that touch millions of customers every month.Work in a fast-paced, purpose-driven culture that values craft, impact, and innovation.
