Senior Financial AdvisorA critical business partner helping to evaluate and validate the existing financials associated with the target client, establish comprehensive data analysis to reveal risks and financial adjustments.Responsibilities:Evaluate the target's earnings quality and analyze the quality of assets being acquired or assumed.Analyze and project the working capital at the time of deal close.Reclassify key accounts in order to restate financials on a US GAAP basis.Pursue business issues that impact the general ledger and evaluate the situation for acceptable solutions.Beyond routine accounting duties, we're looking for an individual who can drive meaningful insights from complex financial data.
