This full-time position requires a professional with 4 to 6 years of relevant experience. The successful candidate will play a critical role in managing HR operations and ensuring effective HR management practices that align with our hospital's values and objectives.Qualifications and SkillsProven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition strategies, ensuring a high-quality workforce for the organization.Strong knowledge and application of HR policies and procedures that ensure legal compliance and optimize staff management.Competence in payroll administration with a proven track record of accurate and timely payroll management.Experience in managing employee relations, fostering a positive work environment to enhance staff morale and productivity.Expertise in performance management systems to evaluate and enhance employee performance and development.Familiarity with human resources information systems (HRIS) for efficient HR data management and reporting.Proficient in conflict resolution techniques to handle workplace disputes and maintain effective communication channels.Skilled in onboarding processes to ensure a seamless integration of new hires into the organizational culture and operations.Roles and ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall hospital strategy and mission.Oversee the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates.Coordinate and support the execution of performance management processes, including appraisals and feedback systems.Maintain and enhance the hospital's HR systems, including databases, records, and HR software applications.Administer employee benefits programs to ensure employee satisfaction and competitiveness in the industry.Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations to safeguard the hospital from legal challenges.Facilitate open and effective communication across all departments to reinforce a positive organizational culture.Initiate and oversee training and development programs to support employee career growth and organizational objectives.
