Job DescriptionSenior Analog Circuit Design Experts play a crucial role in designing and developing analog circuits for various applications.Circuit Design involves creating analog/mixed-signal circuits to meet target specifications.Layout Engineering includes the performance of layout tasks for designed circuits and analysis of parasitic effects.Hardware Analysis requires the conductance of hardware measurements and analysis of silicon results.Circuit Evaluation entails the evaluation of impact of device characteristics on circuit-level behavior.Parameter Optimization is required for identifying and optimizing critical parameters for system-level performance.Key Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have a strong background in CMOS analog design fundamentals with hands-on experience in analog circuit blocks such as OTA, Charge Pump, Bandgap Reference, Ring Oscillator, LC-VCO, etc.Proficiency in Cadence Virtuoso Schematic & Layout editors is also required. Solid understanding of MOS device operation is essential for success in this role.Advanced Knowledge: SERDES-related circuits including TIA, DRV, P2S, Serializer, RCOMP, Calibration Blocks, Receiver Front-End, CTLE, DFE, CDR Loop, Phase Interpolators, Deserializer, S2P, FFE, Pre-Drivers, Level Shifters, V2I Circuits, Slicers, Samplers, and other custom building blocks.This expertise will be utilized to create high-quality analog circuits that meet or exceed customer expectations while working closely with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.,
