Our client is one of India's leading insurance companies, serving millions of customers and employing thousands of talented professionals across the country.
Job Description
you will need to create and deliver world class user experience for existing and new insurance products You will own the experience of all customers that have a direct and digital relation with the organization The ideal candidate should be able to conceptualize features, redesign buying journeys across fresh (new business) and renewal (repeat business) journeys and post that own implementation and adoption working with tech, marketing teams. He/she should have B2C or B2B2C experience - Mandatory. Your product or application should be used by end users and not employees/agents/intermediaries He/she should be deeply comfortable with technical discussions and always be looked up as well versed with technological changes Conceptualizing the product, working with technology teams to implement the product using API's, compliance with regulations, design of user experience will be key components of the launch Strong knowledge of google analytics is a must
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Senior Product Manager' should have:
At least 5 years of overall experience in product management. Candidate should come with experience dealing with the general insurance industry. Strong presentation, analytical and communication skills are essential for the role Strong self-driven attitude with the ability to hire and inspire product management team-
