At the forefront of Generative AI, we seek a visionary developer to spearhead production-grade solution deployment.The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in RAG systems, Agentic AI, and open-source LLMs.Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and deploying Gen AI solutions, including RAG pipelines, agent workflows, and multimodal AI systems.Implementation, optimization, and fine-tuning of RAG architectures, vector search, retrieval workflows, query rewriting, and prompt tuning are essential skills.Building Agentic AI applications using frameworks like LangGraph or similar agent orchestration platforms is crucial.Integrating, fine-tuning, and evaluating open-source LLMs (Llama, GPT-OSS, etc.) and multimodal models for real-world use cases requires strong analytical skills.Performance measurement, refinement, and enhancement of Gen AI solution performance using evaluation frameworks and model metrics are also key aspects.Troubleshooting and debugging complex ML and Gen AI workflows require exceptional problem-solving skills.Cross-functional collaboration with engineering teams is vital for integration, deployment, and solution scalability.We seek candidates with 6+ years of experience in AI/ML development, backed by at least one successful Gen AI use case.Must-have skills:Hands-on experience in RAG-based or Agentic AI implementations for global clients.Expertise with open-source LLMs and multimodal models.Knowledge of Agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph or similar.Strong understanding of Gen AI evaluation, refinement, and benchmarking.Exceptional analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.Good-to-have skills:Experience deploying AI solutions on cloud platforms.Understanding of DevOps and CI/CD pipelines for AI/ML projects.Knowledge of RAG methodologies, query transformation techniques, prompt optimization strategies.Awareness of enterprise AI best practices.
