Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Data Engineer at TecRivulet in Noida, with flexibility for remote work. We are seeking an experienced Data Engineer to join our team, specializing in integrating data from various CRM platforms such as Zoho, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Sprinklr, and Czentrix into our centralized data systems on the Google Cloud Platform (GCP). The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software engineering or a computer science degree, combined with proficiency in designing, building, and managing data workflows and pipelines that ensure seamless data availability and quality to support advanced analytics and business intelligence operations.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Design and implement robust data pipelines that integrate data from various CRM tools like Zoho, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Sprinklr, and Czentrix using APIs.
  • Work closely with our IT and development teams to enhance data collection and integration strategies.
  • Develop and maintain scalable and reliable data architectures on Google Cloud Platform (GCP), leveraging services like BigQuery, and Cloud Functions.
  • Ensure the integrity and privacy of all data through the implementation of appropriate security measures.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation regarding data definitions, systems, and processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues in data pipelines and workflows.
  • Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to support data modeling, data exploration, and predictive modeling efforts.
  • Keep abreast of new technologies and tools in the API and data integration space.


Qualifications:


  • Preferred Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong emphasis on software engineering principles.
  • Strong experience in API integrations and managing data exchange between enterprise-level CRM systems like Zoho, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Sprinklr, and Czentrix.
  • Proficient in SQL and experience with scripting languages such as Python.
  • Extensive experience with Google Cloud Platform services, particularly in data management and processing.
  • Solid understanding of data warehousing principles and ETL processes.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a dynamic team environment.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with data governance and compliance practices.
  • Previous work with real-time data processing and analytics.
  • Knowledge of additional cloud services and APIs.
