Role: Architect - Machine Learning Experience Level: 9+ Years Work location: Bangalore OR Mumbai (Hybrid)Role & Responsibilities:We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Architect (9+ years) with a strong background in GenAI, LLMs, and ML system design to lead end-to-end architecture, design, and development of intelligent solutions. The candidate will be responsible for building scalable AI-driven systems, integrating Large Language Models (LLMs), and driving innovation across NLP, computer vision, and data-centric workloads.Architect and implement LLM-powered applications (Text-to-SQL, RAG, Agent Orchestration, and Prompt Engineering frameworks)Design scalable data and ML pipelines for training, fine-tuning, and deploying modelsCollaborate with data scientists, product managers, and DevOps teams to define AI system architecture and MLOps practicesWork with cloud-native services (GCP/AWS) to deploy, monitor, and optimize AI/ML workloadsLead model evaluation and optimization for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiencyContribute to roadmap discussions and provide technical leadership for new AI initiativesPreferred skills/tools:Strong expertise in Generative AI concepts – RAG, Text-to-SQL, Agentic workflows, and Prompt TuningHands-on experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Mistral, Falcon, etc.) and frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, or HaystackSolid foundation in Machine Learning & Deep Learning, with knowledge of feature engineering, model tuning, and evaluationExperience in Natural Language Processing (NLP) – sentiment analysis, summarization, text segmentation, anomaly detection, and synthetic data generationExposure to Computer Vision workflows – image/video classification, detection, or feature extractionStrong coding proficiency in Python (PyTorch/TensorFlow)Working knowledge of containerization (Docker) and CI/CD for ML deploymentPractical experience with cloud computing services (GCP preferred, AWS exposure desirable)Behavioral SkillsStrong communication and collaboration skills to work across multi-functional teams and stakeholdersIndependent problem-solver with a solution-oriented mindset and the ability to make sound architectural decisionsDemonstrates accountability, ownership, and continuous learning in a fast-evolving AI landscapeBrings strategic thinking and a passion for applying AI to real-world business problems
