This role is ideal for someone eager to research, learn, and write about key themes in sustainability, AI, energy, investments, and innovations in these fields. As part of the marketing team, you will contribute to content strategy and collaborate on marketing initiatives to enhance audience engagement.  Key Tasks & Accountability: Research and write high-quality content aligned with brand and business goals. Edit, proofread, and maintain consistency in tone and style. Contribute to thought leadership projects and media content for our news platform. Support marketing campaigns and digital communication initiatives. Take initiative to conceptualize new content themes and narratives that advance Sustainability Economics’ visibility and credibility.  Education and Experience: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in content writing, research, or editorial. Experience and knowledge of Figma.Prior exposure to sustainability, AI, energy, or finance domains is an advantage. A portfolio of writing samples showcasing your ability to create engaging and informative content. Existing knowledge and/or a strong willingness to learn about emerging AI and sustainability topics.  Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner. Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail. Experience and knowledge of SEO and key word research. Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.  What You Will Do Create Impactful Content: Research, write, and publish engaging articles, reports, blogs, and thought leadership pieces on sustainability, energy transition, and AI innovation. Research & Insights: Track industry trends, data, and insights to inform storytelling and content positioning. Simplify the Complex: Translate technical or complex AI and sustainability topics into accessible, compelling narratives. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with marketing, design, and leadership teams to align content with brand goals and campaigns. SEO & Digital Optimization: Optimize content for digital reach and discoverability, leveraging SEO and keyword research best practices. Innovate Storytelling: Experiment with new formats — including short videos, infographics, and multimedia storytelling — to engage audiences across channels.  What You Will Bring Strong curiosity and passion for sustainability, AI, energy, and innovation. Proven ability to write clear, concise, and compelling content across formats (articles, reports, social posts, etc.). Experience working with Figma or similar design collaboration tools to create or support visual storytelling.Excellent research, analytical, and storytelling skills, with an eye for credibility and detail. Experience or interest in SEO, digital marketing, or analytics tools. A collaborative mindset with a proactive, self-driven approach to ideation and execution. Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, idea-rich environment, balancing creativity with deadlines. Startup DNA → bias to action, comfort with ambiguity, love for fast iteration, and flexible and growth mindset.  Why Join Us Shape a first-of-its-kind AI + clean energy platform. Work with a small, mission-driven team obsessed with impact. An aggressive growth path. A chance to leave your mark at the intersection of AI, design, and sustainability.
