We are seeking a highly skilled software architect to build and maintain a complete recruitment ERP system.Develop a customized recruitment ERP covering end-to-end recruitment stages (sourcing, workflows, interview stages, medical status, visa stages, documentation, deployment, finance, reports)Maintain, optimize, and enhance the ERP system regularlyIntegrate API connections with recruitment platforms, job boards, WhatsApp, SMS, and emailBuild dashboards, tracking systems, and automated workflowsEnsure high performance, security, and scalabilityCollaborate with the operations team to automate business processesRequirements:Minimum 5 years experience as a full stack developerProven experience developing ERP systemsStrong understanding of ATS concepts and modulesGood understanding of UI/UX and workflow automationUp-to-date with modern technologies and stacksSolid command of backend PHP / Node.js / Python, frontend React / Vue / Angular, databases MySQL / PostgreSQL / MongoDB, APIs, microservices, and Git/GitHub version controlPrevious experience building recruitment or HR ERP is major plusExperience working with manpower recruitment processes is major plus
