Job OpportunityFully Remote PositionAustralian Offshore CompanyAbout the Role:We are seeking an analytical Business Intelligence Analyst with a strong technical background and experience in transforming data into meaningful insights. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in ETL processes to support data-driven decision-making.Key Responsibilities:Data Analysis & ReportingBuild, maintain, and optimise dashboards and reports using Looker and Power BI.Perform advanced data analysis using Excel and Google Sheets.Write and optimise complex SQL queries for data extraction and validation.Conduct exploratory data analysis using Python (Pandas, NumPy, visualization tools).ETL & Data Pipeline SupportWork with ETL processes to extract, transform, and load data into data warehouses.Collaborate with data engineering to maintain and improve ETL workflows.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting systems.Automate repetitive data tasks using Python or SQL-based workflows.Business Intelligence DevelopmentDevelop BI solutions to improve reporting efficiency and data accessibility.Contribute to data modeling efforts to support analytics and dashboard development.Monitor performance and integrity of BI tools, dashboards, and data pipelines.Required Skills and QualificationsBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 1–3 years of relevant work experience required.Experience with cloud data platforms (BigQuery, Redshift, Snowflake, etc.).Version control experience (Git).Familiarity with automation, APIs, or scripting workflows.Exposure to statistical analysis or A/B testing.Proficiency in Looker (LookML is a plus)Good understanding of data warehousing and relational databases.Strong communication and problem-solving skills.BenefitsMeaningful career opportunitiesGlobal exposureCollaborative cultureOthersFollow us on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn for a peek into our company culture and what makes us a great place to work.
