Key Software Developer RoleHighly skilled software developers are sought after by our organization to work on next-generation data science-driven products and solutions.Key Responsibilities:Implement high-performance distributed systems with consideration for CPU and memory usage for optimal deployment scenarios.Diagnose problems, envisioning long-term product life cycles with reusable components, and implement effective solutions.Collaborate with stakeholders, including product and engineering teams, to ensure seamless project execution.Work independently to build and deploy end-to-end solutions, adhering to industry best practices.Educate and mentor junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.Primary Skills Required:Demonstrate a strong understanding of core data structures and implementation principles.Show a good grasp of OS core concepts, cache, multi-processing, multi-threading, and their handling by the OS.Have experience with dynamic languages (Python, Scala, Java) or familiarity with compiled languages like C++, Rust, etc.Design and build event-driven systems that meet industry standards.Oriented towards optimizing system performance and achieving exceptional results.Grasp of software design patterns and coding paradigms like SOLID Principles, with natural curiosity about system failures and exceptional troubleshooting/debugging capabilities.Possess a strong user-centric mindset to challenge traditional barriers and drive innovation.Optional Skills:Understanding of machine learning/deep learning principles and their applications.Good understanding of databases like MongoDB, MySQL, etc., and cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.Experience in the BFSI domain and contributions to open-source projects can be beneficial.Infrastructure experience for building an optimal ETL pipeline is highly valued.
