Senior Unreal Artist PositionWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Unreal Artist to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Develop high-quality, interactive applications and real-time experiences using Unreal Engine expertise.Lead project development from concept to final delivery, ensuring creative vision, performance, and deadlines are met.Manage assets from 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit into Unreal workflows, applying technical skills and knowledge.Collaborate with designers, artists, and developers to create immersive, visually compelling environments that meet client needs.Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize performance across various hardware and platforms.Mentor junior team members in best practices, providing guidance, and technical expertise.Stay current with industry trends, tools, and Unreal Engine advancements, integrating them into production workflows.Document pipelines, technical processes, and workflows for future reference.Primary Skills:Extensive experience in Unreal Engine (blueprints, materials, lighting, level design).Proven ability to create and optimize real-time projects, utilizing problem-solving skills.Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.Hands-on experience with 3ds Max, CAD, and Revit for asset creation and integration.Secondary Skills:Understanding of architectural visualization workflows, applying technical knowledge.Familiarity with Maya or other 3D content creation tools.Knowledge of rendering, shading, and PBR material workflows.Experience with Blueprint scripting in Unreal.
