One of our B2C portfolio companies is looking for a Head of Brand to join the business in a business critical role.Responsibilities- Own the P&L of the entire business — driving revenue growth while maintaining cost discipline- Performance of all outlets — ensuring consistency, efficiency, and high-quality delivery Growth of service verticals- Customer journey — ensuring seamless engagement and trusted service across touchpoints- Operational systems that scale — building clarity, rhythm, and structure for a multi-location organisation- Team alignment and execution across clinic operations and business verticals to deliver outcomes reliablyQualifications- 8 to 10 years of experience- Someone who has led multi-location businesses or scaled large consumer-facing operations- Someone with strong commercial thinking, operational rigour, and team leadership- Someone who enjoys being on the ground and building systems that make teams effective- Someone who wants to take ownership of a high-impact business function in a fast-growing healthcare brand- Prior experience marketing in a B2C environment is critical- Technology or Start-up experiencePlease apply to this role directly on LinkedIn.
