Job Description: Practice Lead / Manager – Data Science & AIJob Title:Practice Lead / Manager – Data Science & Artificial IntelligenceLocation:HyderabadExperience Required:10+ years in Data Science & AI/ML, with 3+ years in leadership rolesEmployment Type:Full-time | PermanentAbout the Role:We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedPractice Lead / ManagerinData Science & Artificial Intelligenceto lead a dynamic team of data scientists and ML engineers. You will be responsible forstrategic leadership,technical delivery, andpractice growthin AI/ML initiatives across various domains.Key Responsibilities:Lead and grow the Data Science and AI/ML practice – team building, strategy, mentorship.Drive end-to-end data science project lifecycle: problem definition, data acquisition, modeling, evaluation, and deployment.Design and implement scalable ML/DL models using tools like PyTorch , TensorFlow , Scikit-learn , etc.Guide the team on best practices in data wrangling using NumPy , Pandas , and other Python libraries.Collaborate with cross-functional teams – Engineering, Product, and Business – to define AI use cases and roadmaps.Ensure delivery of high-quality, impactful AI solutions on time and within budget.Stay current with the latest in AI/ML research and technologies and bring innovations into the practice.Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and internal leadership discussions.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field.
