Job Overview:The Entity Compliance Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring organizational compliance with relevant laws and regulations.This includes ensuring entities within the organization are compliant with regulatory requirements, providing expert advice to stakeholders on compliance matters, including corporate secretarial compliances, HR, and employment laws.Audit and review processes will be conducted to identify and mitigate risks, recommending corrective actions as needed.Policies and procedures will be developed and implemented to ensure regulatory compliance.Expert training and guidance will be provided to employees on compliance matters, enabling them to make informed decisions.Cross-functional collaboration will be facilitated to ensure all activities align with regulatory requirements.Process improvements will be identified and implemented to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.Strategic relationships will be built and maintained with regulatory bodies and other stakeholders to stay up-to-date on changes to laws and regulations.A collaborative approach will be taken to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, leading to prompt corrective actions if needed.To enhance compliance knowledge and skills among employees, training programs will be developed and implemented.Risk assessments will be conducted to develop strategies for mitigating risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.About the Role:We're seeking an experienced professional to fill this critical position, responsible for driving our compliance efforts forward.
