Senior Associate Job Opening:We are seeking a seasoned Java Developer to design and develop scalable backend systems using Spring Boot and Microservices architecture. Key responsibilities include developing and maintaining backend services, designing and implementing RESTful APIs, building and managing Kafka producers, consumers, and Kafka Streams, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance of microservices, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing unit testing, integration testing, and participating in code reviews.Key Requirements:Strong proficiency in Java 8+, Spring Boot, and Spring Cloud.Experience in Microservices architecture and API Gateway patterns.Hands-on experience with Apache Kafka, including Kafka Streams, Kafka Connect, and Schema Registry.Familiarity with message serialization formats like Avro or Protobuf.Good understanding of event-driven architecture and asynchronous communication.Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab).Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP is a plus.Preferred Qualifications:Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in software development.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and teamwork skills.What We Offer:A dynamic work environment, opportunities for growth and professional development, competitive salary and benefits package.
