Job DescriptionThe role of AI Content Evaluator is an exciting opportunity for individuals with strong language skills and cultural awareness.Working in a remote setting, you will assess and review AI-generated responses to ensure high-quality model performance across multiple datasets.Your expertise in identifying toxic or harmful content, understanding linguistic nuances, and ensuring accuracy will be valuable assets in this position.Evaluate AI-generated outputs across various Indic languages, including native scripts and transliterated formats.Identify and flag harmful, toxic, or hate-based content, including subtle context-dependent cases.Compare and score AI model responses according to project-defined guidelines.Categorize toxicity types such as harassment, hate speech, harmful intent, or abusive expressions.Provide short explanations for flagged items when required.Ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to quality standards throughout the evaluation process.Required Skills & QualificationsProficiency in English and at least one Indian language.Minimum 1 year of experience in content moderation, linguistic evaluation, content writing, data annotation, or a related field.Strong understanding of cultural nuances, dialects, slang, and sensitive expressions.Ability to detect toxicity in both native scripts and transliterated text (e.g., Hinglish, Tamlish).Strong analytical and evaluation skills with high attention to detail.Prior experience in moderation, LQA, annotation, or quality evaluation is preferred.
