We are seeking a talented and experienced Head of Interior Design to lead and manage our design team, overseeing the development of innovative and creative interior spaces across various projects. This role requires strong leadership, an eye for detail, and a passion for cutting-edge design trends. The Head of Interior Design will be responsible for managing the design process from concept to completion, ensuring projects align with the company’s brand, vision, and client expectations.
- Lead Design Projects: Oversee all interior design projects, from concept development to execution, ensuring quality and consistency in design delivery.
- Team Management: Mentor and lead the interior design team, providing direction, feedback, and support to ensure the team meets deadlines and achieves creative excellence.
- Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and project requirements. Provide design presentations, mood boards, and material samples to align the vision.
- Creative Strategy: Develop innovative design solutions and stay up to date with the latest trends, materials, and technologies in the interior design industry.
- Project Management: Coordinate with project managers, architects, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion.
- Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets, ensuring that all design elements align with the financial goals without compromising on quality.
- Quality Control: Ensure all designs adhere to regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and the company’s quality benchmarks.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Minimum 6 years of experience in interior design, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of completed interior design projects.
- Excellent knowledge of design software (CAD, SketchUp, Enscape, or equivalent).
- Solid understanding of space planning, furniture design, and building codes.
- Experience in both commercial and residential interior design is a plus.
- Strong leadership, project management, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Creativity: Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate client needs into compelling and functional spaces.
