Business Development & Client Acquisition- Assist in identifying and reaching out to potential clients in the cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical industries.- Generate and manage leads under the guidance of senior team members.- Support in presenting product portfolios to clients and understanding their requirements.- Develop strong relationships with existing and new clients.2. Sales Coordination & Support- Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, dispatch, and payment follow-ups.- Support seniors in preparing quotations, proposals, and sales reports.- Maintain and update client databases and visit reports.3. Market & Product Understanding- Learn about cosmetic, nutraceutical, and pharmaceutical raw materials (Essential oils, Actives, Excipients, etc.).- Stay updated on Market Trends, Product Launches, and Competitor Activities.- Participate in Exhibitions, Expos, and Marketing Events when required.4. Communication & Relationship Management- Communicate effectively with clients via email, calls, and meetings.- Build trust and credibility with clients through consistent follow-ups and service.5. Learning & Development- Gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and marketing of raw materials.- Receive Mentorship from the Business Development and Sales team to grow into a managerial role.Desired Skills:- Excellent communication and presentation skills.- Interest in the Cosmetic, Nutraceutical, or Pharmaceutical Industry.- Good analytical and negotiation ability.- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).- Willingness to travel within India as required.Email to Apply:hr@orah.co.in
