Job Description:


We are seeking an experienced Master Data Management (MDM) Lead to join our dynamic team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in MDM, data quality, and data governance, with proven experience in managing and optimizing master data processes. As an MDM Lead, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of our master data across the organization.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and implement MDM strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the accuracy and consistency of master data.

- Oversee data governance processes, including data quality management and compliance with data standards and regulations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and establish data management best practices.

- Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, identifying and resolving data quality issues proactively.

- Lead data integration efforts and work with technical teams to design and implement MDM solutions.

- Manage the data stewardship function, providing guidance and support to data stewards across the organization.

- Ensure alignment of MDM initiatives with business objectives and IT strategies.


Key Skills:


- Extensive experience in Master Data Management (MDM) and data governance.

- Strong knowledge of data quality management practices and methodologies.

- Proven ability to design and implement data governance frameworks and data management solutions.

- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders.

- Proficiency in MDM tools and technologies.


Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.

- 5 to 10 years of experience in MDM, data governance, and data quality management.

- Relevant certifications in MDM or data governance are a plus.
