A skilled Technical Architect is sought to spearhead the modernization of legacy systems into cloud-optimized solutions using latest technologies and engineering practices. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in application modernization, cloud-native engineering, and enterprise-scale architecture.Key Responsibilities:Develop a comprehensive modernization strategy incorporating industry best practices and technology landscapes.Design and architect enterprise-grade solutions utilizing .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, gRPC, DDD, and clean architecture.Lead teams in implementing cloud-native solutions on AWS (EKS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS), Azure (App Services, Functions, AKS, Storage, Cosmos DB), and GCP/OCI platforms.Ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and cost optimization across hybrid cloud environments.Implement CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, AWS CodePipeline, Azure DevOps, or Jenkins, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep, or ARM.Requirements:14+ years of experience in SDLC, with at least 5 years as an Architect leading modernization or transformation programs.Strong expertise in .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, SOAP/REST, gRPC, SOA, microservices, DDD, EDA, clean architecture.Experience with full-stack development using React or Angular, and good understanding of modern web standards including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and accessibility, security, and browser performance best practices.Solid experience with CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE) platforms.Database expertise: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra), with strong ability to analyze schemas, optimize queries, model data for microservices, and evaluate storage strategy to modernize legacy database layers during cloud transformation.Bonus Points:Certifications in .NET, Microsoft professional certifications, AWS Solutions Architect, or TOGAF would be beneficial.
