We are looking for an experienced and motivated International iGaming Publisher Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing, growing, and optimising our global publisher network in the iGaming industry. You will drive publisher marketing strategies, build strong relationships with partners, and help expand our market presence internationally.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the international affiliate program, including recruitment, onboarding, communication, and relationship management of new and existing affiliates.
  • Establish strong partnerships with key affiliates by maintaining regular communication and offering strategic support to maximize their performance.
  • Track, analyze, and report affiliate performance metrics (KPIs) and identify areas for improvement, including optimizing affiliate campaigns, conversion rates, and ROI.
  • Conduct in-depth research to identify new opportunities and trends within the iGaming industry to expand the affiliate network.
  • Ensure that all affiliate activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements and internal guidelines, especially in international markets.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions with affiliates.
  • Manage affiliate tracking platforms, optimize the use of marketing tools, and ensure seamless data flow between affiliates and internal systems.
  • Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports to senior management, with actionable insights and recommendations.


Requirements:


  • Proven experience of 3-5 years as an Affiliate Manager in the iGaming industry, with a strong international focus.
  • In-depth understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, particularly within the iGaming vertical.
  • Candidates must have strong networks within the iGaming industry and well-established contacts with leading iGaming publishers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize performance.
  • Experience with affiliate tracking platforms and marketing analytics tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of global iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Multilingual skills are a plus.
