Key Roles & Responsibilities – Financial Controller Education & Experience Chartered Accountant (CA) required. 10–15 years of finance experience in FMCG or ice cream/dairy industry. Financial Planning & Reporting Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing and reporting. Prepare MIS, financial statements, and variance analysis. Develop forecasts and budgets aligned with business goals. Monitor cash flows, working capital, and treasury. Costing & Profitability Implement cost control systems across raw materials, production, logistics, and distribution. Conduct plant-level cost audits and margin analysis. Support pricing and business decisions with profitability insights. Compliance & Controls Ensure statutory compliance (GST, Income Tax, TDS, PF, ESIC). Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities. Strengthen internal controls, risk management, and SOP adherence. Business Partnering Collaborate with Sales, Production, and Supply Chain for financial insights. Support new product launches with costing and profitability studies. Provide financial input for capex, expansion, and investment decisions. Leadership & Team Development Lead and mentor the finance team across corporate and factory levels. Drive digital adoption in finance (ERP, dashboards, automation). Foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
